Please use this form to upload your artwork, referencing your order number.  Once submitted, one of our designers will review the art to confirm that it meets the artwork requirements. 

For embroidery: high-quality .pdf document is acceptable.  
For screenprinting & all other: Adobe Illustrator (AI) file, vector format with all text converted to outlines. Please save as .eps or native .ai file.
